This week was #NationalApprenticeshipWeek, and we’re proud to celebrate the vital role of learning and development in shaping the future of construction, maintenance, and inspection services. In an industry driven by constant technological advancements, staying educated is essential—and it’s up to all of us to lead the way. At our Panel Shop, we’re investing in the next generation through a 4-year electrical apprenticeship program. Upon completion, participants are eligible to take their Journeyman exam, marking a significant milestone in their careers. We will soon launch Loenbro University, an internal learning and development initiative designed to enhance mentoring and growth opportunities. To scale our electrical workforce, we will begin by focusing on apprentice-to-journeyman training facilities in Colorado and Arizona, then expand training across all our service lines and integrate advanced technology into processes.

This is awesome! Congratulations Loenbro, for doing this. As someone who created an apprentice (with a lot of help) and getting it federally approved, I know how much work it takes!
