I'll listen in as you move your loads for the day you claim. like yesterday you have 3700.00 in the load. you pay the carrier 1200.00 that's 65% margin. I don't want to hear profit Margins. I wanna deal with gross. you answer the phone when the carrier asks you about the load let's try transparency. you said you have no problem with providing it. That you refuse to move a load if you can't take a 40% or better margin. so you will tell the carrier. the details of the load. but also tell them the shipper is paying me 3700.00...... but I'm only going to pay you 35% of that. I'm keeping 65% let's see how many loads you book? but I would also be interested to see if you do book any loads. The quality of the carrier you get. age of authority. ability to fluently speak English. safety rating. condition and type of equipment. . what's up we can sit at waffle house hell we will bring Sean Mathews as an impartial observer. record it all and send it out on Podcasts and every platform. put your money where your mouth is.
