I Go to a restaurant and pay for dinner with it. The restaurant owner then uses the note to pay for the laundry. The laundry owner then uses the note to pay the barber. BUT IF I go to a restaurant and pay digitally via Card, - the bank fees for my payment transaction charged to the seller are 3%, so around £1.50 ( and so will be the fee of £1.50 for each further payment transaction ) -for the owner re laundry or - payments of the owner of the laundry shop, - or payments of the barber etc..... Therefore, after 30 transactions, the initial £50 will exist at only £5, and the remaining £45 has become the property of the bank … thanks to all of the digital transactions and fees! Use it or lose it folks… Furthermore how do you teach children the value of money if they never see it and cant appreciate when it's spent we don't have it anymore. Things I do while using Credit Card 1. I effectively manage my credit card limit by reducing it by up to 80%. 2. I make the majority of my purchases during the current week of the billing cycle. 3. I make it a point to pay my credit card bill only on Saturdays. 4. I utilize two credit cards strategically - the first one for expenses between the 3rd and 15th of the month, and the second for expenses between the 16th and the end of the month. 5. I don't carry my credit cards in my purse, reserving them only for larger purchases. 6. I have several fixed expenses such as groceries, mobile phone bills, and petrol, so I allocate the entire amount to liquid funds and utilize the full cycle. Creating a backup for expenses may take some time, but once u do, u will have a safety net for all ur financial needsincluding monthly expenses, festival costs, and birthday or anniversary celebrations.
