Thrilled to see our amazing colleagues Kate Grannell and Lee Brown featured in INvolve - The Inclusion People 2024 Enable Role Model list, recognising leaders using their personal experiences of disability, neurodiversity, and mental health to advance inclusion in the workplace. ✨As co-chair of our Neurodiversity & Disability network, Lee has launched numerous initiatives this year, including 13 regional Neurodiversity Hubs. As a charity trustee for a mental health organisation, Lee also advocates for others externally too. ✨Kate is a passionate driver for neuro-inclusion, sharing her neurodiversity journey to inspire and support colleagues. Leading our Neurodiversity Hub in Chester, Kate has mentored colleagues and organised inclusive events to promote open conversations and provided a safe space for colleagues to discuss their lived experience.
