My close friend has his Home interiors done by @Livspace and overall it was a great experience. From the get go @Deepak singh (designer) was there to explain every step and provide us with the best design for the space and @Rakesh kumar (Project Manager) executed the works with utmost sincerity and commitment. The team was always available to tackle every situation which arrised and gave incredible support going above and beyond their scope to give us a better outcome. The overall finish have turned out be really good and the works were completed within the provided timeline. Hence, we decided to not go for Livspace pace interiors. Its been over 2 months and none of Livspace person is responding on email. People sitting in store are saying its not in our hands now. Out of frustration I added all the Livspace email addresses that I found online in mail chain including founders email address. But none of these thugs bothered to reply. I have been following up with their customer care since last week but even from their I am not getting any satisfactory response.  Jagruti Borse murtaza sadiq are threatening us for legal action and are denying to refund any amount. All these statement of quality work and 10 Year guarantee are to fool people and extortion mechanism to suck money from peoples pocket. THEY HAVE ALL GIRLS GANG TO FOOL PEOPLE. Repeated blunders and surprises! The handover is still incomplete, and to my shock, I noticed today cracks in the POP, unfinished paint, and numerous touch-ups needed throughout the home. This reflects complete unprofessionalism and substandard work due to an inexperienced vendor being hired for the project. Your designer, Sejal Patel, had committed to providing fully hydraulic beds for both the master and parent bedrooms. However, the team is now shifting the blame onto us, claiming they only committed to semi-hydraulic beds. Why can’t your team honor their commitments? These false promises feel like outright fraud and a massive blunder. Sejal has ruined our home project and is now on leave, showing no concern for our genuine grievances. Critical project details discussed during planning were intentionally excluded from the signed-off document. Repeatedly, incorrect sign-off documents with missing or inaccurate information were shared, leading to immense frustration and delays. It seems to be a chain of errors at SOD, driven by the push for incentives and closures. Livspace [Don't delete my comments if you are unable to resolve the issue] Key Issues: * Worst Customer Support: The team is unresponsive, and the escalation process is useless. (Complaint filed on the Livspace portal in August 2024 remains unresolved.) * Misleading Documentation & Unacceptable Delays: Critical details discussed during the project were intentionally left out of the signed-off document. The team repeatedly shared incorrect sign-off documents with missing or inaccurate details, causing significant frustration and delays. * Lack of Transparent Cost Calculation: Sales representatives failed to explain cost variations and even presented the same sign-off document twice with different project costs. * Poor After-Sales Service: There is a complete lack of accountability and tracking for replacement parts, despite Livspace offering a 10-year warranty on its products.

Livspace people are cons. I needed interior for two of my flats. I didn't had any plan to go for such big multinational cons. But they called me and said we do budget interior. During visit they gave me 8L quotation for both the flats which similar to other providers. On this they took my booking. Designer named Apeksha fooled me by saying lets design everything and later we will remove units if it goes over budget. While designing they stretched the budget to 19L and took 50% of overall quotation. After this we planned to descope items from both the project. For smaller project they agreed but for other project they denied and said we won't provided refund and we cannot remove/descope items from project so for continuing you will have to pay rest of the amount. The other project that they completed have been delayed for no reason. And they have provided substandard products. One of panel from kitchen is broken. Chimney installed got its 1 button broken within 1 hour of installation in by Liv space guy Dhiraj Narkhede. Dhiraj Narkhede promised to get this fixed in next two working days and asked me to sign the completion document. And after a week he is explaining me entire Livspace process.

The faults in the custom work were also corrected inspite of a festive environment all along. I appreciate all your support and wish you all the best for all your upcoming tasks.

After many days of waiting they responded my project is not elligible for refur In short they will digest my entire 6L and not refund single penny. I will be going on hunger strike outside Livspace office soon. Its my hard earned money I will die for it but wont let people like these scumbags digest my money so easily.
