We are going to create a transition plan that works for YOU because transition can be different for everyone. We will also empower you to make choices that will support long-term weight management and help you generate optimal health and wellbeing. Okay – so I know we are about 4 months in on reading our LifeBook – maybe you are ready to move from Phase 1 to Phase 2…maybe not. That’s okay. We are going to continue moving forward because this will give you the opportunity to see what is ahead and get ready! How exciting! One of the reasons I wanted to do a Shine Series on body image in time for summer was because often I see people get swept up in "get your summer body" diets and programs. As it gets closer to summer, people often become more stressed and frantic, and if their body isn't where they want it to be by summer they can feel like a failure.
