Almost 200,000 homes use dial up. ☎️ In Austin, there’s a great organization that’s trying to make sure that everyone can’t get access to what has become one of the most important aspects of our lives. A connection to the rest of the world. A connection to jobs, opportunity, the news, and family lives far away. At NTT DATA, we believe in the power of technology to open doors for everyone. This month, we’re proud to put that belief into action by donating over 150 used iPhones and laptops to two important charities, Street Child and Little Lives UK. These devices will support our partner Street Child in delivering vital educational programmes to children in some of the world’s most remote communities. Closer to home, Little Lives UK will use these donations to bring online educational resources to after-school clubs and other educational programmes designed to support families in need. By reusing technology, we’re not only helping deliver new educational opportunities but also reducing e-waste and paving the way for a more sustainable digital future.
