#survey Dear all, This is the last episode (3/3) of the 2023 Client Satisfaction Survey of Aether Financial Services. Once again, thank you to all of our clients and partners and prescribers who took some of their precious time to answer this survey. Episode 1: Customer Satisfaction Score => 92% Episode 2: Customer Effort Score => 90% and the last one, Episode 3: Net Promoter Score => 64 What the NPS means? It measures the customer loyalty by answering the question "Would you recommend us?" We know that a 64 score looks "so/so" but in fact (believe me), this is a great score. 🍾 🍾 🍾 🍾 🍾 In 2022, we were respectively at 90%, 89% and 53. So 2023 was an incredible achievement in terms of client services.
