How to identify stainless steel with fingerprint-free treatment? We conducted a small experiment on two PVD golden brushed stainless steel plates by pressing fingerprints and wiping them with a wet towel. The key difference between these two plates is that one has an oil seal for a fingerprint-free effect, while the other does not. When pressing fingerprints on both plates, the regular stainless steel plate showed visible fingerprints, whereas the oil-sealed fingerprint-free stainless steel plate did not (see paragraph 1). In the second test, we wiped both plates with a wet cloth. The regular stainless steel plate showed water marks, while the fingerprint-free stainless steel plate remained spotless (see paragraph 2). Silicone Resin Paint: Some applications like Ovens, Furnaces, Chimneys, Kiln, etc. products need to withstand high temperatures without deterioration of the functional characteristics. Silicone Resin with high temperature pigments mixed condition paint offers up to 400°C temperature resistance. Substrate surface should be clean & dry and paint can be applied in either Spray / brush method. Thickness : 20-25 microns (Max 50 Micron for Non sand blasted surface). After painting surface dried within 2 hours and hard dry takes overnight and full hardness achieved by heating to 200°C for 1 hour.
