We broke ground at EastPort Logistics, a multi-phase industrial development in Boise, Idaho, with our joint venture partner One Investment Management! The project, delivered in two phases, will feature over one million sq. ft. of Class A logistics space designed to meet the growing demand in South Boise. Upon full build out, EastPort Logistics will include seven buildings equipped with 1,300+ car parking spaces, 168 trailer parking spaces and 196 dock doors.
