As a long time 'quantified self' before I even went digital (yes, I used pen and paper as a teenager), as a health services researcher with a special interest in digital health, and as a qualitative researcher, this is of interest! "There is a strong belief that the N-of-1 approach has the potential to play a prominent role in transitioning the current healthcare system towards embracing personalized medicine.
