JUST RENTED! This might be the deal of the year for me....despite being just a small rental. Oftentimes, people wonder why they need a broker to help them find a rental. Well, here's a great example. I was approached by a very special client to help find her and her partner an apartment in Park Slope as they were moving across the country for work. Not only did they need to find a suitable apartment, they needed it to accommodate their two dogs and be near the park as well.
