In this way, we are able to act quickly and nimbly to meet customer’s needs and bring them solutions they can be excited about. Over the past 11 years, I've had the privilege of holding various roles within the Human Resources domain, each offering unique challenges and avenues for professional development. Starting as a Human Resource Officer on 04th March 2013, I embarked on a journey that saw me evolve into roles such as Human Resource Business Partner, Learning and Development Officer, and Human Capital Manager (Trinidad), before reaching my current position as Regional Human Capital Manager. This trajectory has not only enriched my skill set but has also provided me with invaluable insights into the intricate workings of our organization. One of the hallmarks of my tenure at Unicomer has been the unwavering support for continuous learning and development. Through the company's assistance, I've had the opportunity to pursue various HR courses and even obtain an MBA, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic business environment. Additionally, attending conferences and industry events has broadened my horizons and kept me abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field. Participating in Unicomer's structured Succession Planning program has been instrumental in my growth journey.
