Training isn't just something that you have to do in business, it means everything to the results that you expect to deliver. Employees who receive continuous training and coaching from the employer are 10x more likely to stay even when someone else is offering them more money. Employers who invest in their employees perform better over the long-haul than those that do not. We can help you: - Train Chauffeurs to deliver excellent experiences - Train your staff on crisis intervention - Train security personnel on delivering excellence to your clients - Prepare your facility and employees to be safer - Train Sales professionals on listening and negotiating

On-boarding here at Dot Compliance. ⚕ To tell you a little more about how the process went before and now. 🔎 When I was looking for my next company, I actually accepted and started working for another company, who were in very early stages but with great people in charge. This was known to my current Boss, who was not surprised 😏 🕦 During that time, there was chain of events that delayed the decision and made me very anxious to be honest. 👻 Before all this, it was even worse, ghosted, ignored or just verbal offers that never happen. 💔 I was feeling like it was happening again. I'm sure this is a normal thing now, in all kinds of positions, either sales, engineering, medical, etc. Now, please visit my profile and let's endorse each others skills and strike a convo! Here I am during my new obsession/hobby 😅, Pickleball! Who is with me?🥒 #salestrategy #salesdevelopment #humanconnector

Aspiring Pilots: Should You Pursue A Degree Before Obtaining A Flying License? According to conventional wisdom, a degree is something to "fall back on" in case you lose your medical license, or another pandemic plagues our planet. Here's my frank opinion, based on my observation of my peers. The answer to this question depends on your character. Human personality is a continuum. But for the sake of this conversation, let's assume two generalized categories. Category 1: • Appreciates the sense of security that a salaried job brings • Performs best with well-defined instructions • Thrives with instant incentives Category 2: • Resourceful • Has the patience to forge their own path • Able to build their own support system If you belong to Category 1, a degree is a good idea. But if you're the latter? Spread your wings now, my friend. Soar!

I've learned to not take comfort when after having being turned down from an applied position being told another direction was chosen, then seeing the position reposted afterwards. My career has afforded me the opportunity to see this happen on multiple occasions. Relying on hiring algorithms is only reliable as the code written to create it. Knowledge can not take the place of wisdom (tomato is a fruit, doesn't belong in fruit salad...) and as the older members of the workplace depart the work force wisdom is that which tends to depleted from the stock. It is the role of the Training Coordinator to apply the wisdom of their experiences into a program that will build confidant skill levels in a work force through documented processes. Many companies today do not have this done by the responsible industrial engineers but place that burden on the training coordinators to build everything from the bottom up.
