🚢🏉 Rugby Union and Shoreside Maritime Recruitment: Lessons in Teamwork and Resilience This past Saturday, December 14th, Rugby Club Valencia faced Sant Cugat Rugby in a fiercely contested match. The final score was 23-16 in our favor, with Sant Cugat scoring a converted try in the dying moments. A powerful reminder that success requires effort and focus right up to the final whistle. Unfortunately, our number 3 sustained a calf injury during the game, and I had to carry him off the field. While it’s never ideal to see a player sidelined, moments like these highlight the importance of teamwork and adaptability—values that are just as vital in the professional world as they are on the pitch. In shoreside maritime recruitment, we’re tasked with finding skilled boatbuilders, carpenters, team leaders, and project managers who can bring their unique strengths to the table.
