Today I came across a wonderful new digital campaign film of ARCHIES LIMITED, called #SabKiDiwaliHappyWali and it is so commendable that some film touches your heart. 👏 Every Diwali, we focus on lights, family, and celebrations, but there are heroes working silently to make our festivities perfect and Archies’ new campaign beautifully captures the essence of these unsung heroes - delivery drivers, shopkeepers, and workers who ensure that our gifts and essentials reach us on time. The film goes beyond just a marketing message; it touches the core of Diwali’s true spirit - gratitude and kindness. It’s a reminder to appreciate the effort of those who make our Diwali brighter without us realizing it. This film resonated with me because it highlights an important yet often overlooked truth: the magic of Diwali isn’t just in the lights or gifts but in the human connections. It’s heartwarming to see brands take this empathetic approach, acknowledging those who work behind the scenes to bring joy to our homes. As we celebrate, let’s pause and express our gratitude to those who help bring the festive season alive. A simple "thank you" can go a long way. Kurt Vonnegut put it beautifully, "To practice any art, no matter how well or how badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven's sake. So do it.” We decided as an organization to pay heed to his advice and take a step back before the Diwali Celebrations to rejoice with some much needed art. It was an event designed to relax with one simple caveat phones must be put on DND and to take it easy for an hour. #Arthour #Prediwalicelerbations #humanresources #EmployeeEngagement #Letstakeiteasy Rucchi Awasthi | Alokita Sharma | Raghav Awasthi | Gunjita Sharma | Prachi K | Apoorva Shukla | Kritika P.

Diwali is coming..😇 Shopping for #diwali is going on. We all are shopping new clothes. Household items. We want to light up everything in the darkest night of the year. We take all kinda designer diya, Candle, etc to light up our office, house. Kindly look after those, who are selling diya, candles on road. They are waiting for us to purchase from them, so “ek diya unke ghar me bhi jal paye”. Now a days we choose easy option to purchase online. All products are higher priced in #amazon, #flipcart,& many other online sites but we are buying. We all shop online even from those who have started new business of designer candle making, diya making etc. Kindly try to purchase #candles #diya from them who are selling on roads. Those are simple “diya” but “roshni utnahi karegi”. Many people working for #trust but how many really think about them who are actually need us to celebrate #Diwali & other festivals. Light up a diya for them. Take initiative to make them smile in Diwali. They also deserve #light #happiness #support from us. Make this #Diwali khushiowali for them & for us also. Take normal diya, don’t look after designer things. “Wo kachi mitti k, pakke diye, utnahi roshni karegi jitni designer.” #support #humanity #festivetime #linkdin #supprtinghand

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨? This year, we celebrated Diwali with joy and togetherness, lighting up our homes and hearts. But as the festivities ended, a thought stayed with me: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺? I’ve been thinking about this a lot. We’ve created traditions that we pass down through generations, but maybe it’s time to pass on something new as well. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿? Imagine a world where gratitude, kindness, and humility are practised daily—not just on special occasions. Celebrating each day with this mindset could bring lasting brightness, not just for us but for everyone around us. 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. India is evolving and so is the way we celebrate Diwali. Looking back, in childhood Diwali as a child was all about fireworks shows, excitement, and planning our cracker list with friends' weeks in advance. Over the years, the way we celebrate Diwali has undergone a shift. With conversations around air quality, environmental health, and community well-being gaining momentum across the countries, there’s a collective to approach festivals like Diwali with a bit more thoughtfulness. Firecrackers, once central to the festivities, are now reconsidered for their impact on air quality, noise levels, and public health. To me, Diwali isn't quite the same as it used to be, but it’s evolving in ways that resonate far more deeply. Its great to see families are finding meaningful, sustainable ways to celebrate—opting for biodegradable diyas, organic colors for rangolis, and even joining in community clean-ups. Many of us also now lean toward supporting local artisans, choosing handmade decor that not only honors our traditions but celebrates India’s rich heritage. But as an individual and as a society, there's still a long way to bridge that gap between what we seek for ourselves and what is needed for the community as a whole. The shift isn’t about giving up what we love; it’s about celebrating in ways that can enrich our lives, including our future generations. #Diwali #Tradition #Ecofriendly #Handmade #Tradition

🪔 Celebrating the Festival of Lights at Our Workplace🪔 #Diwali , the festival of Lights is a time for celebration. As we illuminate our homes and hearts during Diwali , we also bring the joy and spirit to our workplace. The spirit of Diwali shines brightly in our office as we kick off the festivities at least a week in advance. Here’s how we come together to celebrate this beautiful festival: 1. The excitement starts with decorating our office space! From colorful lights to beautiful rangoli designs, we all contribute to creating a warm and festive atmosphere that brings joy to everyone. 2. One of the highlights of our Diwali celebration is the thoughtful thanksgiving gift. Our team collaborates to select gifts for our customers based on their preferences. This requires great coordination and planning, as we discuss each recipient’s likes and dislikes to ensure our gifts resonate with them. 3. After finalizing the gifts, our team takes the initiative to procure the items. Once we have everything, we gather in the office to pack each gift with care, adding personal touches that make each one special. It’s heartwarming to see the teamwork in action as we wrap each item with love! 4. Finally, we distribute the gifts, and the smiles on our customers’ faces remind us of the importance of connection and gratitude during this festive season. Additionally, we take a moment to discuss the significance of Diwali a celebration of light over darkness and good over evil, reinforcing our values as a team. This wholesome celebration not only strengthens our bond as colleagues but also allows us to reflect on the values of community, teamwork, and gratitude. The preparation may involve planning and coordination, but the joy it brings is truly worth it. Wishing everyone a wonderful Diwali filled with lights, laughter, and love! May the essence of this festival guide us toward prosperity and joy in our personal and professional lives. #Diwali #FestivalOfLights #Teamwork #Celebration #WorkCulture #Gratitude #Community #DiversityAndInclusion #DiwaliVibes #DiwaliAtWork #Mumbai

As a child, I often wondered why we recite the #Ramayana as a play each year, followed by the celebrations of #Dussehra and then #Diwali in such a grand manner. It felt like a tradition steeped in meaning, yet I couldn't quite grasp its significance. Curious, I turned to my paternal grandfather, a guiding force in my life. He had a unique way of explaining things that went beyond the typical responses parents often gave back in the '80s—"It just works like this," they’d say. My grandfather took the time to share his wisdom with me. He explained that life can easily consume us with daily struggles, causing us to lose sight of the bigger picture. We need these timeless stories to inspire us and remind us of what’s possible. Through the tales of resilience in the Ramayana, we see characters who faced overwhelming odds, yet demonstrated courage, selflessness, and the ability to rise after failures. They teach us that no matter how difficult the path may be, perseverance and a commitment to the greater good can lead to triumph. This profound lesson shaped my perspective and motivated me to seek inspiration in the stories of others. They fuel my journey, reminding me that every setback can be a stepping stone toward success. In our business, we navigate high levels of pressure and learn from every challenge we face. It’s not easy, but we draw strength from these narratives. Like the characters in the Ramayana, we remain resolute, embracing feedback and learning from our experiences. With each project we complete, we strive to meet and exceed our clients' expectations, delivering impecable results. As we celebrate Diwali, a festival symbolizing light and victory, I wish all our clients and colleagues a joyous and prosperous celebration. May the stories we share and the lessons we learn continue to inspire us as we move forward together. Happy Diwali! ✨ #acmeinteriors #designandbuild #generalcontracts #Diwali #success #celeberation

𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 Fortunately now, there are several celebrations spread across the year that help my business to sustain and grow. The festivals #Dassehra and #Diwali see the peaks of my business transactions. Several customers approach us at the last minute and with very demanding customisation needs. We have to apply the best of project management and lean manufacturing principles to tide through this surge of demand and deliver on time. *_ Stacking inventory in advance: dry fruits, other eatables, packaging material *_ Ramping up additional commercial space... to stack the components safely *_ Ramping up with helping hands... not just anyone can do a quality job *_ Ploughing in adequate financial capital *_ Follow up for timely payments to keep the cashflow going *_ Multi-tasking with different corporate requirements at the same time. *_ Keeping cool when sometimes the buyers' demands are fluctuating several times or unreasonable (give it tomorrow, do not charge for shipping etc.) *_ Reserving the porters, transporters The payment team may eventually go on a holiday for Diwali... but we always say YES even if we need to deliver quality gifts at break-neck speed during our festival time. Obsession for a period will get you up to speed on your goals, but is feeling guilty when taking a break from that healthy? It's the Festival of Lights, Diwali in a couple of days. Happy Diwali to those celebrating! I'm however at a stage where I'm lagging on certain targets, goals, and learning requirements. It's made me edgy and nervous about the festivities in case it gets out of hand. I'm almost trying to build Rome in a day, where I am lagging. I have decided to remind myself that it takes time for great things to happen. If it doesn't, then it probably isn't great to begin with. I wouldn't have enough stories to tell if what I set to achieve, happened over the next second and I love stories. So, I will instead just plan today on how to circumvent the lag and how to be more efficient and effective after the festivities, instead of stressing out. Ps: Did have time for a little festive deco though 😅 #GoalSetting #FestiveSeason #WorkLifeBalance #Diwali2024 #ProductivityMindset #PersonalGrowth #ObsessedWithSuccess #EntrepreneurLife #TimeManagement #LoveWhatYouDo

𝐃𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥! Who else can relate to this feeling? After all the festive joy – the lights, the sweets, the decorations, the gifts, and the warmth of reconnecting with family and friends – getting back to the regular routine feels challenging. Even posting on LinkedIn took a little extra push today! But when I finally sat down to write, my first thought was, naturally, #Diwali 😊 One part of Diwali that I especially love is the brand advertisements. Certain campaigns manage to capture the spirit of the festival beautifully, and some stand the test of time. A few favorites that still stick with me are: 1. Cadbury's Campaigns – Promoting local businesses with technology. These ads still make an impression. Check them out: https://lnkd.in/gsSFYXWq https://lnkd.in/gUQzHEzx 2. HP's "Diye Se Diya Jalao" – and the heartwarming “Amma Ki Diwali Happy Banao.” https://lnkd.in/gFgtZiuG https://lnkd.in/g7F_Hi9t 3. Google's Cross-Border Reunion – An emotional reunion that tugs at the heartstrings. Watch it here https://lnkd.in/gVUG7fer Though I didn’t follow all the Diwali ads this year, a few campaigns still caught my eye: · One plus India https://lnkd.in/gZFj8wS2 · Vivo https://lnkd.in/gA4KrpZm What Diwali ad stood out to you this year? Share your favorites (and the link!) in the comments. Looking forward to seeing what resonated with you. Hope everyone had a wonderful Diwali! 🌟✨ #MMMusings #FestivalHangover #FestiveAdvertising #DiwaliCampaigns #Advertisingcampaigns #Marketing #MemorableAds #BrandStorytelling
