In a few weeks, I'll be the keynote speaker at my high school's inaugural career fair event. In the 20 minutes between the end of the career fair and the start of a 3.5-day weekend, I'll be tasked with engaging 500 high schoolers on topics such as career readiness, taking responsibility for their education, getting involved, and life after high school.
