How I adapted Bob Proctor's practices mentioned below 😉
❤️ 1. Every morning, I write down 10 things I'm grateful for; I use this template: "I'm so happy and grateful that_________".
He recommended writing it with the left hand (if you are right-handed) to create new neural connections in the brain.
🌟 2. I use an Oracle card deck to receive a message for a day. You can use Angels or Shamanic cards. Ask, 'What do you want me to know?' and then pull a card from the deck.
I look not only at the message on the card but also at the visuals, colors, symbols, and signs.
I write down the explanation from the Oracle cards book to receive more insights.
👐 3. I do Forgiveness practice during my morning meditation and use the Buddist affirmation:
- I forgive everyone who hurt me knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusion. I forgive them and I let them go.
