Becoming a mother changed me in ways I never expected. It sharpened my resilience, strengthened my determination, and deepened my empathy – Qualities that have not only helped me in life but have also made me a stronger leader. Balancing the responsibilities of motherhood while advancing my career hasn’t always been easy.
