A few years ago I defined a vision for my life to become time ⏳, location 🌎, and personally free 🧘🏻♂️.
I then decided that #ServicedAccommodation was a business model that might help me move toward that vision 👁 (although in such a saturated market, my initial challenge was to find a niche segment within it 🤔).
I settled on a mid-term rental business that focussed on 1-6 month+ stays as I’d realised that both #AirBnBs and hotels were primarily designed for short-term visits, and were completely inadequate for an entire submarket of guests 👎🏼 (e.g. #contractors 👩🏾⚕️ and family relocations 👨👩👧👧).
What our competitors lacked was inducing the feeling of “home” that we all crave when living away for a prolonged period of time. I therefore defined All-Ready Home™’s mission statement “to cultivate a feeling of home for every guest stay” 🏠.
Of course, for a house to become a “home” there are a number of psychological and emotional needs that must be met ❤️, and so we built our foundations on three simple Cs: Communication 🗣, Cleanliness 🧹, & Comfort 🥰.
Earlier this month, we received this 5 ⭐️ review from a guest that described their stay with us as a “home away from home”. It was a rare moment to reflect on how great it feels when you achieve product-market fit 💯
Most #ServicedAccommodation providers struggle to get the basics right. That’s why our foundations are built upon three simple Cs: Communication, Cleanliness, & Comfort.
We believe that if we can consistently meet these requirements for our customer, we stand a great chance of achieving our mission ‘to cultivate a feeling of home for every guest stay’.
That’s why the below review felt particularly special to us: 🥰
✅ Communication - “very friendly and accomodating to our needs”
✅ Cleanliness
✅ Comfort - “felt just like a home away from home”

1wSince when arriving on time is being late? Arriving 15 minutes earlier than requested could impact our ability to accept or not another assignment. If I have 4 assignments in a day and I arrive 15 minutes early to all 4, I just gave away an entire hour of my day that went unpaid. Time is money
