We are thrilled to announce that Landream has secured Stage 2 DA approval from the City of Sydney Council for our iconic Pyrmont development at 14-26 Wattle St, Pyrmont, on March 28, 2024. In collaboration with BVN Architecture, we are revitalising the precinct, formerly known as Saunders Quarry and later as the City of Sydney Council depot, with a design ethos that honours the site’s history, embraces Pyrmont’s diverse character and activates the area as a mixed-use hub with enhanced public amenities throughout. #pyrmont #propertydevelopment #urbandesign #australianarchitecture
