I had an argument with myself. Do I make a big deal about this…or do I just carry on like I normally do. I typically just brush by my accomplishments and move on to the next, not taking the time to celebrate how far I’ve come. But, I'm not going to do that anymore. Call it a change of heart. I need to be kinder to myself, we probably all do in some way. I think 10k supporters is a big deal and I appreciate each and every one of you. I do my best to support you. Hello 🤗 My LinkedIn family ❤️ Today I'm super excited to share a big win with you all. My post impressions skyrocketed from 742 to 26,245 in just 45 Days! ✨💯 But But But It wasn't always easy. There were days when my impressions were low, and I felt a bit down. But I kept a few things in mind that is:👇🏻 1. Keep Sharing 📅: Even on slow days, I posted regularly. Consistency is everything. 2. Be Patient ⏳: Growth takes time. I trusted the process and stayed patient. 3. Add Value 💡: I focused on sharing helpful and interesting content. 4. Stay Engaged 💬: I connected with my network, replied to comments, and joined conversations. 5. Learn and Adapt 🔄: I paid attention to what worked and adjusted my approach. My main goal was to provide value. Whether it was through tips, insights, or sharing useful resources, I focused on what could help my network. 1000 YouTube Subscribers 🥳 A baby birth takes 280 days, similarly my YouTube channel took 280 days to hit first 1k subscribers 😇 Key learnings / philosophies for anyone starting anything new: 1. Close your ears: There will always be trollers, haters, criticizers but don't care too much about them. You can't convince everyone out there. I was fortunate to get less than 0.01% such comments 🙂 2. Mind your own business: Don't point fingers at others. There are so many content creators who are misguiding but your agenda cannot be to talk about it. You tell what is right to your audience. 👍 3. Always take constructive feedback and try to implement them for improvement. 📝 4. Organic growth takes time. As per my estimation I should have taken longer than expected time but suddenly things spiked upwards. ⏫ 5. Have a clear motto and vision for your work. That will help you stay on track. 📑 Those 100s of likes and comments are what that keeps motivating and encouraging. Here are the mistakes I made 👇🏻 ✗ Ignoring Engagement ✗ Inconsistent Posting ✗ Not Optimizing Content ✗ No Solid Strategy But with hard work and consistency, i went from: ↳ No experience -> 5 job offers ↳ 0 impressions -> 200k+ impressions ↳ No clients -> 8+ paying clients ↳ 0 connections-> Real connections You know how? Just by staying consistent and not giving up Even when the progress is slow Many think you need 10,000 followers to get good results, but the truth is,If you stay - consistent - target right audience - post valuable content you can get great results with less followers A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported, especially Syeda Hafsa Fatima Umar Abid Syed Attaullah Shah Celebrate your own progress and remember that every step forward counts. My reply? Here’s what else to consider… Step 1 - Do they make your company more than they cost? Start here. If yes, continue to step two. Step 2 - Do they create leverage for you, your team, your time? Are they a positive contribution to the fiber of your company? If yes, continue to step three. Step 3 - Do they create quantifiable multiples of return (money, revenue, GMV, whatever your thing is) BEYOND what it costs to have them? And lastly… Step 4 - Do those quantifiable and qualifiable “unit economics” scale over time and as your team/company grows (whatever that means to you). Step 5 - Print money forever. REFLECTING ON QUARTER 3 OF 2024 Hello LinkedIn Associates, Today is the last day of September and the end of the 3rd quarter of the year. As of today there are 92 days remaining of 2024. Ask yourself the following questions: What have I done this year? Did I meet my goals? Were my expectations met? Today reflect back and see what are your highlights, what stood out for you and celebrate your milestones. Gratitude is the best attitude. Look at what didn't go well and embrace the fact that mistakes and failures are part of life's journey. Try again and use a different strategy. Don't hang up the hat just yet, Don't plan for 2025 just yet. You still have 92 days left and anything can happen, you can still do it. We have one more quarter to go!
