So my name is Aaron Parrott. I'm the CTO of Katie Cell. I've been working within the service management industry for just over 30 years and my main purpose is to help our customers get the most out of their service management experience, whether that's through automation, through AI or formal traditional methods by improving processes and how they understand their business. Terms of how found the event today, it's been really interesting to interact with customers on a more conversational level to talk about where they're going, but also to bring across the concepts of hyper information and the concepts of actually delivering that within a business or within a certain industry vertical. And I think it was really good to have customers who said on the second session so they could articulate to other businesses their challenges and how they've overcome them and the benefits they found by using automation to improve their processes. The terms, the way I feel hyper automation is going to involve, I think it's a lot around some of the additional tooling that we have available to us today. So historically, automation typically been seen as something to get data from point A to point B, but with the evolution of AI and the ability to see data more quickly, get data insights more readily and be able to correlate that data into something that makes sense. Allows us to automate more quickly, but also make more steps forward with our automation because we can do more with it. So we can start to streamline and automate much more processes than we could in the past. Previously it was much tech more technically focused was now we've got much more opportunity to automate business processes as well as just the technical initiatives that stand behind it. And that's opening up a huge amount of opportunity and within any sector of industry, but particularly in service management to really focus to drive down that or improve that use experience. Drive down that downtime and that risk of failure that we previously had in the past. There's about Katie started doing that work together. And so we are a reseller of Jitterbit, but we try to work more as a partnership than that. So try to make sure that customers are getting the most out of the legitimate tooling and trying to make sure that we're also improving the processes that sit around it, but also trying to enable the customer to use the technology themselves. So it's important for us not to just be transactional, but also to make sure there's a level of enablement moving forward. And I think it was really good to hear from Salon today. Where we've been able to hand over the dispute process to the business and now they can run and utilise it without the necessarily the need to come back with us for everything that they need to do.
