I recently met with a business owner whose marketing budget was robust and lead generation was strong, but growth wasn’t meeting expectations. When I took a closer look at their marketing spend, one issue became clear. They were heavily invested in front-end lead acquisition while neglecting other parts of the funnel. It’s a common pitfall, but capturing leads is only a first step.
