📚 This #MediaMonday, I'm excited to share with you all a book that has truly left a mark on me: "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins. In this gripping memoir, Goggins takes us on a journey through his life, from facing poverty and abuse to becoming a Navy SEAL and ultra-endurance athlete. What resonated with me the most was his unwavering commitment to mastering his mind, no matter the obstacles thrown his way. As a leader, I've come to realize the immense power of mindset mastery. Goggins teaches us that our biggest limitations often exist within our own minds, and it's up to us to break free from them. He introduces the concept of the "governor" on our minds, showing us that there's always more potential waiting to be unlocked, even when we feel like we've reached our limits. One of the key takeaways for me was Goggins' emphasis on embracing discomfort and pushing through pain. It's through these challenges that we grow stronger, both as individuals and as leaders. By pushing past our comfort zones, we set an example for those around us, inspiring them to reach for greatness in their own lives.

The power of belief. How do we get ourselves to believe in ourselves? Tony Robbins said we need to Believe we have great Potential so that we can take massive Actions and these give great Results which will reinforce our belief. The next question is how do we get our team mates to believe in us? My answer? Starts with your own beliefs. Leveraging on what Tony Robbins said on believing that we have great potential then take massive Actions and thus great results, mutual belief starts with our own strong set of belief, our conviction. What are your thoughts on this? I have a video on how we can tap our own potential using the power of belief by Tony Robbins. Comment:"Power" so I can dm you the video.
