Great article from Terence Amako on all things Infra…through his deep knowledge of the industry even I’ve already started to use terms like “off take”.
Despite economic headwinds, 2024 saw a strong focus on capital raisings, divestments of non-core assets and investment into innovative technologies in the energy transition space. But what does it take to prepare an infrastructure business for a fund raise or sale and to attract the right investors or buyers? Demonstrating the defensive natures of the business (e.g. barriers to entry) and the "trifecta” of offtake, inputs and technology, which provides comfort on stable long-term cash flows remain critical. Read our latest insights and learn how RSM can ensure your business is not only prepared but also positioned to maximise its value in the transaction process.
