To my fellow founders, Value external partners. Value external perspectives. Seek POVs from outside your payroll (that doesn't always mean consumers). Companies have & always will be better courtesy diverse, lateral reccos from external experts with less to lose. The infrastructure exists across disciplines - value it and use it. It might slow down the action a little but won't let you down in hindsight. Having direct access to consumer feedback isn't a green signal to keep making decisions in internal bubbles.
