I started working with a skincare brand, and it was my fault for not properly examining their social media accounts and website. We launched the ads and received 1.2K landing page views, 8 ATCs, and 2 purchases. We spent $150 and got back $23. What I noticed… 1.They needed a stronger brand identity.. The choice of colors is off-putting and doesn't appeal to people interested in skincare. 2.This issue extended to the website, where the fonts are neither readable nor visually appealing. 3.They didn’t have quality images of their products, which affects their social media presence as well. 4.The website lacked reviews & good product images. We fixed that and saw an increase in the conversion rate
