Well, there are pros and cons 🙋♂️ The financially advanteges can allow more #investment processes during the ground phase of the business. 👍 Furtheremore, the #networking can have an improtant impact during the first months. 👍 To complete the pros, there are modern #workingspaces, #meetingrooms and furniture at disposal. #Technological amenities are available too. 👍 Although the mentioned points can seem to be positive, the cons are related to the lack of legittimacy in housing organization. 👎
