2D and 3D biportal endoscopic approach of spine (UBE). In particular, the 3D endoscope shows impressive images when performing posterior cerivical foraminotomy. Because there is depth perception, UBE surgery can be performed safely. I prefer the chroma with clara view.

V-to-Y advancement flap is a successful repair technique that preserves vascular and tissue integrity which has been adopted after Mohs micrographic surgery to repair cutaneous defects on the head and neck.
