🎉 Today My Countdown to 60 Begins! Since my big 6-0 is in exactly 90 days, let's embark on 90 Days of Joyful Communications. You know, EVERY day is a gift. And in a world that is bogged down with stress and negativity, we have a choice: spread joy or add to the noise. I’m choosing joy—how about you? ✨ Gratitude + Encouragement = A Heart Full of Joy ✨ Joyful Tip #1: Live today like it’s your last. Not in fear, but in freedom. We can do taking every opportunity to make someone else’s day better. As James 4:14 reminds us, life is like a mist—here one moment, gone the next. 🌿 [CHALLENGE] What will you do today to spread joy today? Maybe you can offer a kind word, send an unexpected cheerful text, or a offer smile to brighten someone's day. Share your joyful action in the comments. Let’s fill the next 90 days with as much light and love as possible. 🌟 Together, we can make joy contagious. . . . #joyfulmarketingmovement #joyfulcommunications #countdownto60 #purposedriven #integritymarketing

✨ **My heart remembers!** ✨ It’s easy to list what we’re thankful for without truly feeling it. But true gratitude goes beyond simple acknowledgment; it’s an emotional experience that deeply resonates within us. 🙌🏻 A heart full of gratitude transforms our perspective, turning thoughts into powerful feelings that enrich our lives. Heartfelt gratitude arises when someone or something touches us deeply. Think of a moment when someone's kindness made you feel truly seen. 🤗 The memory stays with us, shaping our actions and interactions long after the moment has passed. Authentic gratitude creates a ripple effect. Others feel it, inspiring them to spread kindness too! 💖 What are you grateful for? One experience I can share is when we moved to Florida in 2010. John had to fly back to Ohio to pick up his car, leaving me alone in a new house, neighborhood, and state. My neighbor knocked on my door and invited me for dinner, making me feel welcome. That one act gave me a sense of connection. Does your gratitude impact those around you? Have you considered adding the value of voiceover to your marketing and advertising campaigns? How about adding a video explainer to your website? I can help you with that! 🎙 Always at your service! 🙏 #gratitude #voiceover #marketing #voiceoverartist #advertisingandmarketing

Feeling a little stuffed with gratitude this #Thanksgiving season? 🍗🧡 Perfect time to start a gratitude journal! It’s like a cozy little corner for all your happy thoughts and life’s golden moments. 📝✨ Here are 5 easy tips to get started (no fancy supplies needed): 1️⃣ Keep it simple – Write one word, phrase, or sentence each day. Just enough to spark the memory later. Example: “Pumpkin pie perfection” = You remember Aunt Linda’s baking masterpiece! 2️⃣ Be #consistent – Pick a time each day to jot something down. Morning coffee, bedtime, or even during your lunch break. 3️⃣ Focus on the small stuff – Big wins are great, but don’t miss the tiny joys. A random smile, a sunny afternoon, or finding your keys on the first try. 4️⃣ Use #prompts – Feeling stuck? Try “What made me laugh today?” or “What’s something I took for granted yesterday?” 5️⃣ Revisit often – On tough days, flip through your #journal. It’s like a cheat sheet for instant joy. Ready to count your blessings? Grab that pen and let the #gratitude flow! 🖊️💫 Stacy Mulligan Leadership & Team Building Coordinator | Speaker & Storyteller www.stacyspeaks.com #Speaker #InspireOthersToGreatness #StacyMulligan #StacySpeaks #GratitudeJournal #ThankfulVibes #SmallThingsBigJoy #DailyGratitude #MindfulMoments #GratitudeAttitude #JournalingJourney #ThankfulHeart #SmallStepsBigChanges #PositiveVibesOnly #WriteYourHeartOut #GratitudePractice #HappinessHabits

Using a gratitude journal You can use a gratitude journal to make yourself like something. Here is what I do. I write Gratitude stories about whatever it is. Then, my thinking about it changes. My head is good shit. After a time, I struggle to remember what I didn't like. The advantage of this practice? It's more than being positive. It's learning to focus on solutions. #grateful #gratitude #gratitudejournal #bebetter #allaboutyou #perspective

"I want it all!" (My childhood Christmas mantra that makes me cringe now) The younger me: • Made endless wish lists • Counted presents under the tree • Measured love in gifts received But life has a funny way of teaching us... The greatest gifts can't be wrapped. 🎁 Here's what I've learned: 1. Time is the most precious present 2. Listening is better than speaking 3. Impact outlasts any material gift Think about it: When was the last time you were someone's Santa? (And I don't mean just in December) The real magic happens when you: • Offer two ears and zero interruptions • Share wisdom without expectations • Show up when others need you most Because sometimes... The greatest gift you can give is just being present. No bow required. I've never walked away from a chance to give: • A moment to listen • A shoulder to lean on • A perspective to consider • A mindset to borrow And you know what? That "me me me" kid who wanted it all? He got something better: The joy of seeing others grow. This holiday season, ask yourself: What gift of presence can you give today? Sometimes all someone needs is: • A genuine hug • An honest conversation • Two ears and zero judgment • A different view of their own potential What's the most meaningful non-material gift you've ever given? 👇 #PersonalGrowth #Leadership #Mindset #Giving P.S. Want to give me a gift? Share this with someone who needs to hear it today. ❤️ Merry Christmas to you ALL 🎅
