We are lucky to have a great relationship with TiPS and their incredible youth leaders. Meet Daniel, a local role model with a passion for community building: 🏗What interests you about public service? What interest me most about public service is making a difference in my own and others' communities. 📚What do you enjoy about working the Summer Academy Program at ASC? I enjoy the fact that it’s obvious everyone puts in effort whether it’s staff organizing stuff or students working hard. 🔮️What do you want your future in public service to look like? I want to be a leader of communities and support positive change. ⚽️Tell us about a hobby of yours when you are not working! A hobby I really enjoy is sports from watching them to playing them. My favorites are soccer, basketball, and football.

Launched a product for our client Knauf North America where we led the creative campaign with Tell Your Story . 3. We had our first apprentice Katherine DeBoor aka Kat join us - we call our apprenticeship program “spores” that we just launched this year 🚀 Learnings (some personal)🍄 1. Role clarity is everything for the team - without it, you have too many meetings trying to fix things. I’m totally focused on that right now. 2. Sometimes you gotta slow down to speed up - when we’re busy, we can focus on the task of the day instead of the mission for the month. I’m learning when to hit the breaks and check the tire pressure and oil at least weekly 🚘 3. I like being involved in the work, especially getting to be on camera from time to time, it’s a passion of mine. Gotta find ways to run the biz while scratching the itches 🎥 What’s next 🎃 We have our second annual Halloween Howl on October 23rd be there. It’s gonna be the first time I have all of the team in the same physical location. Show up!

I am here to share my experience completing this virtual internship program by Red Bull's On-Premise Sales on Forage. In the simulation : >Completed a job simulation focused on On-Premise Sales activities at Red Bull Used Excel to visualize which on-premise clients are performing best and worst. >Communicated observations to Red Bull team members about why certain clients are performing better than others. >Utilized active listening and social proof to overcome a client’s objections resulting in them more prominently featuring Red Bull in their bar. #redbull #forage #sales #marketingstrategy #dataanalysis #communication

October, you’ve been a wild ride! 🎢 As we wrap up the month, I want to take a moment to celebrate some of the goals I achieved—even if life felt more chaotic than a group project! Here’s the breakdown: → I managed to snag 75% and above in two of my modules! 🎉 The other two? Well, let’s just say they were hanging out just under 75%, but hey, life has been hectic—no excuses, right? Time to level up next month! → Attending classes more was on my to-do list, and I’m proud to say I made it to about 85%. Who knew that sitting in lectures could be such an achievement? 🥳 → I also set a goal to do my Bible devotion consistently, and I’m thrilled to report I was consistent for 26 out of 30 days. That’s some serious dedication (or divine intervention)! 🙏🏾 → Lastly, I aimed to maintain a solid work ethic in my internship, and my monthly review with my boss confirmed I’m on the right track! I guess all those late nights and coffee runs paid off! ☕️💪🏾 October may have had its ups and downs, but I’m celebrating the wins, big and small.
