I toured this house as a potential flip, but it does come with some challenges. First off, it has a floor furnace, and the support beam holding both the house and furnace is broken. That means the furnace has to go, the floor needs to be closed up, and we’d have to install an AC/HVAC system from scratch. Plus, there’s a huge tree on the property that needs to be removed since it could cause damage to the neighbor’s property—which would be on us. So, what do you think? Would you take on this project or walk away? Let me know below!
