For most of us, the four-day Easter weekend provides us some of that key commodity ‘time’. The opportunity to cherish moments with our loved ones and indulge in activities we truly enjoy. Personally, my Easter traditions involve spending quality time with the kids at our favourite Southbourne beach (weather permitting), catching a match at St. Mary’s Stadium, and savouring a delightful family dinner on Sunday—interspersed with copious amounts of chocolate, of course! 🐣🌼🏖️⚽🍫 In our busy lives, time is incredibly valuable. We often find ourselves racing against the clock, juggling work, family, and personal interests. Amidst this chaos, managing finances can add stress and consume precious time. But there’s a solution: hire a financial adviser. A financial adviser is more than a number-cruncher or investment expert. We are the strategic partners who guide individuals and families through the complexities of financial planning, investment management, and wealth preservation. The real value of a financial adviser goes beyond money. It’s about gaining time – time to be with loved ones, pursue hobbies, and create lasting memories. What are your plans for the long weekend? #Easter #Time #FinancialAdvice #WealthManagement

With Thanksgiving behind us, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how truly thankful I am—both personally and on behalf of the team here at CMC. We are deeply grateful for our incredible clients and the dedicated staff who serve them day in and day out. As we move into what is traditionally a slower season in our industry, it’s important to recognize that the holidays can be a stressful time for many residents. I’d like to challenge everyone to approach interactions with extra patience and understanding. You never know what someone might be going through. By taking the time to listen, understand, and genuinely help others achieve their goals, we can make a meaningful difference in their experience. Here are a few tips for providing exceptional customer service during the holiday season: 1. Be Empathetic: Listen with care and try to understand the resident’s perspective. 2. Communicate Clearly: Keep your tone warm and professional, especially in written communications. 3. Stay Proactive: Anticipate common concerns and address them before they become problems. 4. Be Flexible: A little accommodation can go a long way during stressful times. 5. Spread Positivity: Sometimes a kind word or gesture can make someone’s day. Let’s strive to be a source of calm and solutions for our communities during this holiday season. Wishing everyone patience, understanding, and a joyful end to the year! #Gratitude #CustomerService #CondoManagement #CommunityCare #HolidaySeason

We Listen, We Don’t Judge 🎄✨ With the year coming to an end and the holiday buzz in full swing, here’s a real question; how are you really doing? Are you thriving, surviving, or just winging it? Be honest; we listen, we don’t judge! It’s been a whirlwind year, and like many of you, I’ve been juggling a lot. I recently took a short break to recharge and refocus, and let me tell you… I missed this space !!!! Now that I’m back, I can practically smell Christmas in the air. By the way, is your office closing for the year? Because mine isn’t, and I’m starting to feel like I’m on Santa’s elf duty with no break in sight (God Abeg)😂🎅 Soon enough, we’ll see people sharing their incredible accomplishments, and that’s great! But guess what? If you’re like me, in a country that’s been pressing our necks for sports; surviving the year is a BIG WIN. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If all you did this year was survive, got through each day, tackled challenges and still showed up, that’s more than enough. It’s an accomplishment too. No pressure; celebrating the little wins counts just as much. Let’s make this a safe space to share, reflect, and connect. Whether you’re feeling festive, overwhelmed, or just somewhere in between, drop your thoughts below. Oh, and while we’re at it, what’s one thing you’re looking forward to this holiday season? Let’s spark some joy and end the year on a high note! #EndOfYearReflections #HolidayPrep #WeListenWeDontJudge #ChristmasVibes #NoPressureJustJoy #CommunityEngagement

To all you hardworking souls who powered through the weekend rush – the packed events, bustling restaurants, and lively bars – I hope you're enjoying a well-deserved day off today! 🎉 Honestly, mid-week days off are the best-kept secret. Escaping the crowds is such a luxury, and being able to go out without queuing up is priceless. People used to question how I could function without traditional weekends off. My response? "I do have weekends; I just prefer them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays." 😉 Think about it: you can leisurely sit in a cafe without feeling rushed, skip the lines everywhere, have a conversation at a restaurant without shouting, and even go shopping without battling the crowds. 🛍️ Saturdays and Sundays are arguably the worst days to have off. So to those of you enjoying a mid-week break, savor it! You're truly lucky. 🍀 #MidWeekMagic #BeatTheCrowds #WeekdayWarrior #WorkHardPlayHard #TreatYoSelf #HospitalityHeroes #ServiceIndustryLife #BehindTheScenes

✈️ Before the holiday begins... ✈️ As the year draws to a close and the holiday season 🎴 approaches, I wanted to take a moment to connect with you personally. This time of year is always special—a chance to reflect on the journey we’ve had, celebrate ✌ the wins, and prepare for what’s ahead. Recently, I had the privilege of helping one of my clients navigate a critical illness claim. It was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do—to ensure that, even in life’s most challenging moments, there’s security and support in place. Seeing how their planning made such a difference reinforced the importance of regularly reviewing and fine-tuning our financial strategies. Before the holiday festivities begin, let’s take some time to revisit your portfolio. We can ensure it aligns with your current goals, whether it’s securing your future, planning for a milestone, or simply having the peace of mind that you’re covered no matter what. Think of it as giving yourself a 🎁 gift—a stronger foundation and clarity for the year ahead. I’m here to help, and I’d love to schedule some time to ensure everything is in place before you enjoy the well-deserved holiday cheer. #festives #reflection #alignment #holiday #peaceofmind #financialplanning

*Hyping the kids up for Thanksgiving with THEIR family, so that the kids time spent with YOUR family is an afterthought. *Setting stipulations for the kid's time spent with you - eg. "The kids have to call me as soon as they're done with your Thanksgiving dinner." or "The kids only want to go holiday shopping with me, so don't plan on taking them with you." *Planning over-the-top holiday vacations. *Telling the kids that they're going to 'miss out' on exciting things while they're spending time with you. Across the board, one thing most High Conflict Co Parents have in common is they escalate during the holidays, birthdays or celebrations. Why? Because they view these events as a competition. Who's the better parent? Who do the kids love more? Who's more fun? Who are their kid's friends going to like more? Who are the kids going to remember more? etc....
