There are not enough homes in this country for the number of people that want to buy them right now. And if you look at this graphic, it shows those that, you know, measure homes and the number that we are under supplied and it's somewhere between 2:00 and 5:00 million. Bottom line, this has been the reason that prices have gone up so dramatically over the last couple of years.
