Managers sometimes praise AI because of its precision and effectiveness compared to human employees. What is often ignored, however, is that there is a difference in specification and refinement of the requirements provided to AI compared to human beings. This results in outputs that meet or exceed expectations. Employees, however, often deal with vague or incomplete tasks, lacking the same feedback loop for interpretation and delivery. The essence here is not about AI surpassing humans intrinsically; it underscores how clear, structured guidance enhances results. Extending this level of clarity and feedback to human employees could yield equally remarkable outcomes. #AI #AIinBusiness #HumanVsAI #WorkplaceEffectiveness #Leadership #CommunicationSkills #EmployeeDevelopment #FeedbackLoop
