When I am working I often get fixed in to the work to my personal detriment as I forget to take breaks. When I do take a break I am not sure what to do with myself and often find that before I know what has happened my thouhts have taken me back to my dest and on to the next task having had no break at all! First up, let's talk about the "Email-Free Evenings" boundary. Declare your evenings as a sanctuary, free from the ping of work emails. It's time to put yourself and your family first. Turn off those notifications and enjoy your evenings guilt-free. Next, set the "No Unannounced Weekend Work" boundary. Weekends are for family time, so make it a rule that weekends are off-limits for work tasks or projects. Let your colleagues know, and give yourself the gift of stress-free quality time with your loved ones. Finally, let's talk about the "Mindful Meeting Scheduling" boundary. Take control of your schedule and implement mindful meeting scheduling.
