It wasn't just about getting a certificate; it was about gaining the confidence to potentially save a life in an emergency. The training itself was eye-opening. It wasn't just CPR – we learned about checking responsiveness, using an AED, and how to manage choking victims. It was both practical and informative, with hands-on practice scenarios that solidified the learning - special thanks to Philippine Red Cross for this opportunity! Knowing these skills has instilled a sense of responsibility – a readiness to act if needed. It's a powerful feeling to be equipped to help someone in their most vulnerable moment.
