Mitiska REIM has released a virtual property tour of Kolobrzeg retail center, a development which is part of Mitiska REIM’s Polish portfolio on behalf of FRI 2, which opened in November 2022. Developed in joint venture with local partner Karuzela Holding, this center comprises 40 retail units with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of 19,800 sqm and parking for 1,000 cars. Food-anchored by a Lidl supermarket, other tenants are a mix of national and international brands which include Sinsay, CCC Group, HalfPrice, Reserved, NEW YORKER, Martes Sport Sp. z o.o., Pepco, Media Expert - Terg and KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH. Since opening, the asset has performed strongly and will be further strengthened with the opening of a KFC drive-thru next week which will boost additional footfall.
