Kanadevia Inova acquires Iona Capital Ltd along with UK biogas portfolio   Taking a step forward in the energy transition, we are happy to announce the acquisition of Iona Capital Limited (ICL), a UK-based leader in renewable gas asset management. This brings 11 operating biogas plants in the UK, as well as a robust global project pipeline.   Why it matters:   This acquisition marks the evolution of Kanadevia Inova into full plant ownership and lifecycle management, reinforcing our commitment to driving decarbonisation and building circular economy.   What’s next:   -       Strengthened Renewable Gas infrastructure across Europe and the US -       Expanded expertise with ICL joining our Asset Management business unit -       Greater capacity to support net zero goals globally   Our CEO, Bruno-Frederic BAUDOUIN, shares:   “I’m very pleased to expand the Kanadevia Inova business in a way that strengthens our commitment to a future free of wasted waste.
