Doing more. This was the very reason we were formed over 7 years now by our founder Karen Orton. Frustrated at the lack of action the recruitment industry was taking to create a fairer workplace, Scoutess was born. Working with the most underrepresented diverse talent in the world, we set about educating, connecting and supporting the career journeys of those who were previously overlooked! Showing our clients how diversity drives innovation and business growth, whilst maximising the capability of our candidates. Getting in and getting on is what we talk about, which is why helping future leaders to think differently is critical to creating a fairer workplace. We continue to challenge leadership thinking, as seeing talent differently is the key to a new and brighter future for everyone. Let's do more.
