This season brings out the best and worst of us. We get so caught up in the business and the year end projects. We lose the lines between work and home (if there were any to start with). This list is an excellent way of hitting pause and taking a look at the big picture, allowing you space to prioritize based on your values - not someone else's. Take a look. If you only have time to answer a few of the questions than do that! Every little bit will help you grow into who you know you are.

Coincidence? Or...?
Yesterday, I posted about it being that review time of year.
I invited suggestions about questions I might ask myself, and recieved some great feedback!
Then today, this dropped into me feed.
Cue a paradignm shift in how I will look back on 2024 and forward to 2025.
This is exactly what I was looking for.
So - lucky coincidence? Or...?
I'm a great believer in setting goals, using positive thinking, and, whilst I don't always think of it like this, manifesting good things and positive outcomes.
In the majority of cases, they happen.
Albeit rarely in the form or way that I expected.
By asking the question yesterday, I actually alerted my subconscious to my interest and it duly obliged by alerting me to this post, which I might otherwise have scrolled straight past.
We have 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts every day.
So lets focus them on what we want.
And lets make them positive!

Colby Kultgen What if, instead of merely contemplating our questions, we dedicated time each month to reflect on them deeply and document our insights using the Situation, Task, Action, and Result (STAR) Methodology? Would such an approach foster greater self-awareness and significantly improve outcomes in every aspect of our lives?

These questions are so good!
My top two questions are #3 & #4.
After 'wasting' the past 14 months of my life, I only have 8.8 years to live my best life 😳.
Also, with the help of a good friend, I now know my boundaries and what triggers I need to avoid.
What's your favourite question, or two, or three? 🤗😉

What’s the best self-reflection question you’ve heard?
Interesting questions. One thing I promise myself to do daily regarding my goals & dreams - daily journaling. Answer simple 3 questions:
* Why I do what I do?
* What makes me happy every day?
* What makes my life more reasonable at the end of the day?
And try to think positively. Your thoughts become your character and your surroundings...
