Creating profit with real estate is really the only thing that most investors should want to do. Property management is the key component of any Real Estate Investor’s portfolio. Profit needs to be a key issue in any scenario when you’re investing for income and equity. That’s why we went ahead and set up our own property management to assist investors on getting their properties profitable and staying profitable. That requires work and making sure that people moving into a property can pay the rent. Having our own properties we lease we understand how a property needs to proform. The other great success we’ve had is the fix up is very minimal when a tenant moves out. Most investors don’t calculate that but it is a big cost when you’re looking at real estate. We just had someone who moved out after 54 months of living there, and then in the rehab was under $5000. Think about that almost 5 years tenants lived there paid their rent on time and left the place in very good. That’s what I call the after effect of investing in real estate.
