They found their dream home, put in a contigent offer, but here’s where it gets tricky their seller, (Seller One), had their eyes also on another property that they loved and put in an contigent offer hinging on their home selling then the audacity lol (Seller Two) also had a home they fell in love with in Florida which was also contingent upon them selling their home🤯 The pressure and stress of this transaction was super immense, as the fate of several dreams rested on this deal.
