If you’re working with a recruiter, and they haven’t physically been to your company… It’s a huge missed opportunity. How can you possibly understand the culture, the people, and who the company really is if you have never stepped foot in their office/facility? You can’t. And you don’t get that kind of experience and knowledge from a job description or a Zoom call. One of my favorite things to do is to go to on-site and meet with our clients and their teams BEFORE we start working on a position. We get to ask questions to people directly. We understand their mission and why they do what they do. We feel like an extension of their team, not just some outside recruiter. I’m curious, has your agency been on site with you yet? #recruiting #hiring
