Double Down on What’s Already Working Sometimes, the key to attracting more clients isn’t about reinventing the wheelt’s about doing more of what’s already working. I just had a consult with an agent who’s crushing it in his first year, closing 20 transactions. Naturally, he wanted to know how to take his business to the next level. When we talked about where his leads were coming from, he mentioned that his home buyer classes were performing incredibly well. His conversion rates were high, and his cost per lead was low. So I asked him, “Why not just do more of those classes?” At first, he looked at me like I’d missed the point. But when something is working that well, the simplest solution is often the best one—scale it up.
