We help leaders develop skills on how to build teams and coachability.

You own a restaurant and the global pandemics hit you. What do you do? You find long term solutions. (not short term fixes) You then double down. You start getting things done every day. In knowing that, small gains, will compound over time. This is a picture of me and Chef William, of Fallow Restaurant, At his new restaurant, Roe, In Canary Wharf Together with his business partners Jack Croft & James Robson. They managed to create a real successful business. They launched in Haymarket in November 2021. Fallow is their 1st restaurant. When things get tough. What do you do? (In 866 days): -They made 355 videos on YouTube and have 380K subscribers. -Have about 15 people working on their social media team. -Opened 2 new restaurants. 1) FOWL, a chicken shop. 2) Now, Roe – a modern restaurant. When I went to Roe. I spoke to the GM saying: -I’ve been following Fallow for a while now. -Been to both Fallow and FOWL -I’m impressed with the owners. I asked if I could talk to Chef William and get a photo. I don’t like disturbing people for photos. Yet, I take LinkedIn seriously. I also prefer working with: 1)Collaborative people, 2)Who inspire, and 3)Rewarding. Not only did I get the photo. Chef William went out of his way to show me behind the scenes. They have a huge focus on sustainable farming. He explained to me every single detail. Both William Murray and Jack Croft are: 1)Care a lot about their food, 2)Full of energy, and 3)Young. They couldn’t have done it without: 1)James Robson – who helps with the business side, 2)All the staff – who provide exceptional service, and 3)Customers – who continue to fill up their restaurants every day. I enjoy cooking and know how to cook. I enjoy eating out – not all the time. For me, spending money eating out. Doesn’t make commercial sense. Yet, when you go out and eat in one of their restaurants, you experience: -Relaxing ambience -Exceptional service -Great tasting food If you are restaurant right now who isn’t getting customers in your door. I suggest you look at what William, Jack and James are doing. Cheers to Oliver, David, Binta, Aaliyah and everyone else!

I've been to restaurants with huge potential, yet: 1)no customers, 2)you don't know who the owner is, and 3)your email is flooded with generic and boring email marketing. I've never run a restaurant. Yet, I'd pay attention to what the Fallow team are doing and think twice about 1)How I spend my marketing budget, 2)Strategy, 3)What skills and experiences do i need around me to achieve my goals. What would you think twice about?
