I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the #FutureSpace2024 conference yesterday, where I shared insights on a people's centric approach to #AI adoption. Key takeaways from my talk: 🚀 Generative AI can double productivity in New Zealand by freeing up time and reinvesting it into higher-value tasks. 🌏 New Zealanders are ahead of the global average in using AI at work. 📈 Most organizations lack a clear plan for AI adoption to transition from individual productivity to enterprise-wide adoption. 🛠️ A clear plan is essential to realize the promised productivity gains, as freed-up time needs to be reinvested into higher-value tasks. Love that AI has so much potential and am really enjoying exploring the different ways to work with it!
