Brought back fond memories of my time at Winner Holistic Consultants L.L.C , where our team's table tennis tournaments fostered camaraderie, stress relief, and healthy competition. Grateful for those experiences and excited to reignite my passion for the sport. What activities does your current or former company offer to promote work-life balance and team bonding? Thanks for posting Ron Bremner . I take from this that champions or being “successful” in your chosen field is a relentless pursuit and journey of constant self improvement - resilience - sweating the details - recognizing the important moments - and personal accountability. Once a team shares these common values you are on your way! Personally, and those who know me from coaching, there is a time when there is an”I” in team because the foundation is each individual’s commitment to the common purpose / the role they play in that journey - and commitment starts within. #teambuilding #motivation
Here are some very important lessons from world champion tennis player Roger Federer——EVERYONE needs to hear his ‘take’ on ‘Not Dwelling On The Points We Lose’——if you like it—-please ‘Re-Post’ it———-these are surely words for us all to remember!! Ron Bremner

Improve Your Footwork: Key to Success in Tennis & Pickleball Good footwork is the foundation of every great shot in tennis and pickleball! Mastering your footwork will help you get into the right position, stay balanced, and hit more effective shots. Quick Tip: • Tennis: Focus on split stepping right before your opponent makes contact with the ball. This keeps you light on your feet and ready to react to any direction. • Pickleball: Stay low and balanced by bending your knees and staying on the balls of your feet. This gives you quicker lateral movement and better control during volleys. Work on your footwork, and you’ll notice major improvements in your overall game. #FootworkFocus #TennisTips #PickleballSkill #TennisTraining #PickleballTips #AthleticPerformance #SportsDrills #BalanceAndControl

"Even top-ranked players win barely more than half of the points they play" - I will always remember watching Roger Federer play at the Australian Open. I was in awe of his gobsmacking talent - it was like watching ballet on the court. In his career he played 1526 single matches. He won almost 80% of those matches. But, he only won 54% of the points in those matches. He learnt not to dwell on on every shot - when the point is behind you, it's behind you. "Negative energy is wasted energy" His point is to keep moving forward with intention, clarity and focus. It's a valuable mindset we can bring to the workplace - not to dwell or ruminate on what happened, but to keep moving forward. Does this resonate? Where can you use this mindset in the week ahead? #WorkplaceWisdom #mindset #HR #Peopleandculture https://lnkd.in/gPAZzvX4
