Im a Medical Speacialty Training Expert with TBI/ABI/ Autisim Traumatic Brain injury i train the NURSES That will take it back to the hospitals. 7 days a week, 365 a year i have a RN at my side. No im not wealthy, in fact i nt get paid. I have Autisim/Savant so this part will clear fat from reality. The Goverment pays me as a Disabled Person, $984.00, $30, a day, or $1.90 per hour. at 54 yeaold i put in a 100 hours a week to advance Healthcare. Yes i own my software, its for the Autistic. i need $70.000 in Oral Surgery, God had brough me to this to open your eyes, I am The Anointed. that does not include my research, inventions, and Autisim i dont do time or Calenders, i have a photograpic memory, i live in a HUD Apt. However, the sick part between man and the Administartion. Prepare yourself, 2016, a spinal medical impant Paralyzed me. The Healthcare industry left me for dead, 2 years, 2017, 2018, 2019, i laid in a floor with a brace, and i had no Motor or sensory. day and night i used an ace bandage working my legs, and Without any DR OR Help i refused to be cut open again. I am a man of the living god, ladies we all are in trouble in healthcare, i dont get paid in this high levl CDC position. Now thibout your female health. Did this Administration know? Yes, the sad part is i understand totalilty, this is still the Affordable care act, 90% of the nation has no idea on how Monetary Policy, is not Law its equity, it is guarnteed by the Constition of the UNITED STATES. TO HAVE FULL, "FAITH, AND CREDIT" in the Right to Equity. My brother died 3 years ago right here, in a nursing home recovering from a bropken implant. Did they pay? no di they prosecute? no, the Dr that pralyzed me did he know,? yes, Did the DOJ Prosecute no. they have known, my point in telling you, our CHILDREN NEED A WHOLE NEW LIFE. The Cold war is over and ever so close. what good does your rights do you when 90% of the nation doesnt study or have interest in law. Donald Trump is a Buisnessman and we have a shot to get alot correct in 4 years! Most of you dont realize were still pying for the Emergency Banking and Exchange Act 1933, was a Chapter 11 Bankruotcy we are still paying today. 2.2 Trillion in Debt.

I think we all saw this coming and for sooooo many years! Every time I see Uni’s investing in infrastructure over people (often spending 50M even 150M on new building etc.), whilst failing to support - via promotions/pay rises/work-life balance etc. - it’s teaching staff, I think there’s another Uni soon to go down the pan. Remember a Uni is only as good as the staff (teachers mostly) who work there and a good HR team SHOULD be aware of that. You don’t need massive pay/bonuses for the elite few at the top of the chain i.e. Vice Chancellors, SLT, HR, H&S, Marketing Directors. Without good lecturers your students won’t do well (unless you dumb down the course and industry won’t thank you for that!) and that’ll destroy a good Uni. Maybe Uni’s think AI will take over the teaching? Good luck with that as AI is just as prone to mistakes (more so?) than humans and… cannot understand a particular students learning quirks/personal issues (cos often the student doesn’t understand those themselves).

At the moment it’s hard to see where PWR WMN is and how far she’s come. I’m constantly striving for growth and improvement but feel that I often come up short. There’s something so vulnerable and raw about putting your dream out there for others to consume, critique , love, and appreciate. Secretly, I feel I am not smart enough to bring PWR WMN to its fullest potential. I know this feeling is common amongst entrepreneurs but I feel that I’m not doing PWR WMN justice. I see so vividly what she could be. How much she could grow how big she would be, if I only knew how. When you do something that’s so connected to your true self, it’s hard to separate your value from it. We’ve grown, yes, but why does it feel like it’s never enough. Why do I always feel like I’m coming up short? I still can’t pay myself a viable wage, my team is me, I can’t afford to pay someone full time (thank goodness for friends that fill in those huge gaps), I have so many ideas and not enough money, time, or knowledge to bring them to life. As scary as it is to type out, I wonder if I’m the one holding PWR WMN back. If she had someone smart enough to lead her, I know she would be further along. I know this is depressing to read but I only know how to be honest. I can’t pretend, it kills me. I want so much for PWR WMN and I want to be better for her. But how? I won’t give up. The daily and nightly anxiety regarding PWR WMN is crippling but the idea of giving up on my dream is deadly to me. I don’t think I have it in me to quit, to walk away from something I love so much. I see so much potential in PWR WMN that it would haunt me to quit. But this is what my mind is battling right now and I often times find solace in knowing I’m not alone in these occasional low moments. I know, in my logical brain, that’s times like these are part of the journey. I hope to look back on this and smile with the knowledge that I persisted and persevered. PWR WMN will tenaciously persist.
